Appointments may be cancelled before 24 hours of the appointment time with no cost to you. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of your booked services. Appointments cancelled an hour or less before the appointment time will result in a charge equal to 100% of your booked services. Appointments that are no show/no call will result in a charge equal to 100% of your booked services.
